Booking Conditions

Thank you for choosing Kalma Homestay. To ensure a clear booking process and a pleasant stay, please read the following conditions carefully:

📆 Reservations

  • All bookings must be made through our online form, by email, or via booking.com.
  • A minimum stay of 2 nights may apply, depending on the season.
  • Reservations are subject to availability and are confirmed once the deposit is received.

💳 Payment and Deposit

  • A deposit of at least 30% of the total amount is required to confirm your booking.
  • The remaining balance can be paid upon arrival in cash (IDR or EUR), bank transfer, PayPal or Revolut.
  • We will send payment instructions once we receive your booking request.

❌ Cancellations

  • Up to 30 days before arrival: full refund of the deposit.
  • 15 to 29 days before arrival: 50% refund of the deposit.
  • Less than 15 days before arrival: no refund.
  • No-show or early departure: no refund.

⏱ Check-in / Check-out

  • Check-in: from 11:00
  • Check-out: before 10:30
  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability.

🧳 Travel and Insurance

  • We recommend travel insurance, especially in case of medical emergencies.
  • We can assist with transfers from Sorong or Waisai to our location on Kri Island. Please contact us in advance.

💚 Responsible Stay

  • At Kalma Homestay, we support sustainable and respectful tourism. Please be mindful of the environment, local wildlife, and community.
  • Please respect our house rules, which will be shared with you upon arrival.
